Call Handling settings are established by your Outlook calendar schedule. If your work hours are 8-5 that is the parameter that will be used by the Communicator unless it is turned off. To turn this option off open the Communicator and go to Options, Outlook, Calendar, uncheck the box or if you want to use this feature, but extend the day, set the hours in the Options section of Outlook by going to your Outlook account, File Tab and then Options.
